Why do we get canker sores?
Canker Sores are painful ulcers that structure inside our mouth. Albeit nobody exactly understands what causes these sores, specialists speculate that they are brought about by a blend of elements which incorporate mouth wounds, zesty and acidic nourishments, chocolates, stress, hormonal changes, lack of Vitamin B-12, and so forth.
However, do you know how these wounds are formed?
According to a study, our immune system is responsible for these painful sores. When we get an injury, our immune cells release a messenger protein called tumor necrosis factor alpha. One of the functions of this messenger protein is to kill damaged cells around the injured area. However, in case of canker sores, the immune cells produce excess tumor necrosis factor alpha, which begins to kill the surrounding healthy cells as well, causing inflammation and thus, creating a canker sore.

I thought it would be better not to delete or revamp these posts, even if they suck. The bitter truth is that old works always suck, but I take that as a positive tool to convey that I am growing. Besides there's no better way to showcase my journey without these old, messy, poorly written posts!
