What are some fruit facts?
Fruits are an awesome, delicious and healthy diet food. It maintains a balanced diet and have a positive impact on your health. But what are some fruit facts? Here are a top 10 of them:
- Strawberries are the sweetest fruits. But lemons contain more sugar than strawberries.
- Coconut plant is also called as the tree of life. It is because their each and every body part can be used as food, shelter, fuel, furniture and even medicine and there are endless products which can be derived from each and every part of the tree.
- Mango is called as the king of fruits, and not because it is healthy, but because it is cheap, delicious and easily available.
- Watermelons contain 92% percent water. They are damn hydrating.
- More than 25% of apple's volume is air. That is why they float on water.
- Banana regulates your blood, glucose levels, and your mood.
- Apple seed are mildly poisonous. It contains cyanide which is poisonous. But its levels are low enough to be harmless. Still it is advised not to eat those seeds.
- Bananas are slightly radioactive as they contain potassium.
- Cucumbers are fruits.

I thought it would be better not to delete or revamp these posts, even if they suck. The bitter truth is that old works always suck, but I take that as a positive tool to convey that I am growing. Besides there's no better way to showcase my journey without these old, messy, poorly written posts!
