Why do we sweat after eating spicy food?

Ever had a spicy treat and have you wondered why are you profusely sweating after that??? Let's see...
Spicy foods have a common component called as capsaicin. When capsaicin enters our body through spicy food, it gives false signals to the brain that causes a rise in temperature of the body.
It is just like the fire alarm that rings even when someone lights a cigarette. As our body's temperature rises, our body sweats in order to cool down the body.
Thus we sweat while eating spicy food. Now dont hesitate to ask to switch on the AC during a spicy meal...

I thought it would be better not to delete or revamp these posts, even if they suck. The bitter truth is that old works always suck, but I take that as a positive tool to convey that I am growing. Besides there's no better way to showcase my journey without these old, messy, poorly written posts!
